We finished the round today, he finished 9th, and headed straight for the car.
Our GPS is telling us that we will be home at 0215. We will be home until July 22 due to Scott's sisters wedding.
Our next event will be a Tarheel in Greenville, SC in late July. The blog will probably be pretty quiet until then...

bentonville
Scott tees off tomorrow in 100 degree weather at 1257(757 on Friday).
His titleist rep sent him a lighter bag and I am beyond excited.
Also, his pro am team won today shooting 22 under. Scott is really beginning to play well and likes this course a lot. We are both excited to get out there tomorrow.

CYA Oklahoma
Scott is pretty happy with his finish today after going from 24th to 9th, shooting 66. I say that its all due to his caddy but man am I tired!!
Arkansas bound tomorrow.....
Arkansas bound tomorrow.....
finishing up!
Yesterday was not a very exciting round. Scott had trouble getting things going but stayed patient.
Last night we met up with another guy out here and his wife for dinner. She isn't able to travel much but her and I have become really good friends. I was so excited when I heard that she was coming for the weekend.
Our lifestyle is hard to understand, even for our families, unless you are out here doing it and experiencing it. So, having Lindsay has been really been a huge blessing.
(That is one of the down falls with mini your golf, there are not many girls out here...)
Scott tees off this morning at 0748. We are both ready for a good round. We are headed to Bentonville, Arkansas on Monday for the next event.
Next week will be our last event for a couple of weeks.

Oklahoma
Oklahoma is HOT! Thankfully we had a nice wind today. The golfers may not have liked it but I did. I pictured myself passing out in the middle of the fairway but luckily that never happened.
Scott tees off tomorrow at 08:06.
We are staying with the nicest people this week as well. We are excited too because we are going to see Darrell Worley tomorrow night.

Sunday
We are currently sitting in the hotel watching it storm. We re not sure tht Scott will even get to play today.
We have had a good week although I have never been so hot in my enitre life. It was fun watching Scott make 9 birdies yesterday. I thought he was going to break the course record again like he did in the Pro-Am (shooting 63).
We are leaving tomorrow headed out to Miami, Ok for the next event. This event is suppose to be very unique because it is sponsored by a Native American tribe. We are pretty excited about it.

Non golf post.
Many of you know that my dad has had some health problems the last several months... well... he's finally getting them fixed. My parents are in Cleavland, Ohio this week to get some of those things sorted out. In saying all of this, please keep my dad (and mom) in your thoughts and prayers this week.

Successful PQ
Well, Scott made it through Pre Qualifying today in Memphis. He will Qualify for the St. Jude Classic on Tuesday.
Once he finishes Tuesday we will either be staying in Memphis or heading down to Tunica, MS for the Hooters Event.
John Glenn wants everyone to know that he beat Scott in putting today... and if John could beat him he better practice!
