Christmas before Thanksgiving...

We are a part of an amazing small group.  We are so thankful to have friends who care about us and love us as much as these people do.  They are truly a blessings in our crazy life. Tonight we had our small group Christmas dinner. Why before Thanksgiving you ask?! Because they wanted to do it while we were in town. Sweet... I agree. Here are a couple pictures. Changes!

First off, Scott made it through 2nd Stage of Qschool and will be headed to finals.  We are pretty excited! One hoop completed in the race for his PGA Tour card for 2011.  We are very, very blessed.

Also, the blog has a new look.  For some of you (my aunt and father in particular) you will be unsure of where to find things.  Above these posts are now tabs that include the schedule, BNET blog, wedding slideshow, photos, ect.  It should make the blog easier to navigate.  We shall see...

Thank you all for all of your support.  We are so blessed and have many, many things to be thankful this year.  We wish you all a Very Happy Thanksgiving.  Scott and I will be in Knoxville attempting to cook our first thanksgiving. It will be interesting......
Final Round of 2nd Stage, 65! Finals here we come... (after thanksgiving that is).

Habitat for Humanity

Today, I participated in Habitat for Humanity in Knoxville.  The experience was incredible and I hope to continue to work with them a lot more when I'm home.  They are doing amazing work around the city.  It's pretty cool to lay shingles next to the future homeowner as she works on her own home.
I now like to consider myself a roofer! :)
the future homeowner, Christina, is on the left

OFF Season

Scott's been working out like a manic and eating so well.  I am so proud of him.  He's been doing his 0700 workouts!
He's preparing for 2nd Stage and helping some other new "pros" get their sponsorship set up.

We haven't had any takers on our condo yet but today it has officially been on the market for a week.  What can I expect?! I've been trying not to look too much for our next house but it's been hard.  So far and thankfully I haven't fallen in love anywhere.

I had a great birthday yesterday and am so thankful for our incredible family and friends.

Wednesday, November 3, 2010

Nothing exciting happens when we are home. We are just living normal life. Both of us are currently at different car service places getting our cars worked on. Scott has begun his off season training at D1 Sports Training. He has take Monday-today off but will begin getting ready for Qschool tomorrow.

We will be finally joining our small group again tonight which we miss dearly when we are traveling. And, Scott will have a new experience with our nephew spending the night tonight.

Like I said... Not too exciting.

Monday, November 1, 2010

We are home.  We rushed home to see our niece and nephew for trick or treating.

Today has been a crazy day.  Scott began his off season workouts (which are brutal).  We spent all day getting the condo ready to be listed tomorrow.  Our garage is now filled with clutter!! And, we booked a vacation to Jamaica after finals of Qschool.

We're exhausted!
